Twelve-position test

Choose a move in each position. You’ll get all twelve answers at the end, with the engine’s lines to replay.

The result includes a rough comparison with Lichess rating bands. It hasn’t been validated as a rating test, and practicing these positions beforehand will affect the score.

Your answers save on this device as you go. You can return to the same test for up to seven days.
